The exchange should be made within 7 days from the shipping date. We kindly ask you to cover the shipping cost when returning to us and sending back the exchange item to you.
If a customer refuses any Silver order there will be a 20% restocking fee.*
*If the order is produced and shipped, and delivered and you refuse the delivery and return that order there will be a 20% restocking fee. By placing your orders you agree to these terms and conditions.
A restocking 30% fee applies to all gold jewelry exchanges with a maximum amount not to exceed $200 for any single piece of jewelry.
