Form Help

Tip #1: In the categories section, please choose as many as you want BUT only select items that apply to your ENTIRE STORE. You will have the opportunity to select options again at the product level.

Tip #2: In the impact and values section, please be descriptive and let your customers know what you are about and where their $$ are going. This will appear in multiple places on Intention Boutique.

Tip #3: In the short description section, please keep this to 1-3 sentences and summarize your shop well. This will appear in the heading of your shop.
