If you sell handmade items, you agree to:

  • Create items that are made or designed by you. If you work with a production partner, disclose it in your relevant listings.

16. FEE AVOIDANCE

Any attempt by a seller to circumvent paying a fee is considered fee avoidance and is strictly prohibited by Intention Boutique. This includes, for instance, encouraging buyers to make a purchase in your Intention Boutique shop through another platform. A transaction initiated on Intention Boutique must be completed within the platform. The price listed in each product description must accurately reflect the sale. Sellers are not allowed to modify the item’s price after a sale to evade Intention Boutique transaction fees, mislead about the item’s location, or use another user’s account without explicit permission.

Intention Boutique will automatically deduct all applicable fees from your designated payment account. Assuming you have sufficient funds in your payment account, no additional payment action is necessary. However, if your payment account lacks the necessary funds, you are responsible for settling any outstanding fees in full within 15 days of your monthly statement date. Failure to do so will render your account as past due, and Intention Boutique may charge your registered card or take other measures to retrieve the owed funds. If a sale is made while you have an outstanding balance, the net sale amount will be applied towards your outstanding balance. You have the option to manually pay your outstanding balance using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. US sellers may also opt for AutoBilling, Intention Boutique’s automatic outstanding fee payment service.

Your detailed statement, encompassing all sales and fee-related activities, is accessible in your seller account.

Intention Boutique retains the right to temporarily suspend your selling privileges at any point pending the payment of your outstanding balance.
