Fire & Water Limpia Ritual – A Workbook for Two Sacred Cord-Cutting Ceremonies

Long before there were workbooks, there were ceremonies.

Women gathered around fire to release what was no longer theirs to carry. They immersed themselves in sacred water to be renewed. They spoke their intentions aloud to the earth, the sky, and the ancestors who came before them. This medicine is not new it is ancient. And it has been waiting for you.

Fire & Water Limpia Ritual: A Workbook for Two Sacred Cord-Cutting Ceremonies was created by Christa, drawing on her Mexican, Lithuanian, and Navajo heritage to bring together fire and water into one accessible ceremonial experience.

Inside you will find a Fire Limpia ceremony to burn away harmful attachments, old agreements, and energetic cords that have kept you tethered to what no longer serves you. A Water Limpia ceremony to cleanse the energetic residue of what was released and restore you to wholeness. A curated playlist to carry you through the emotional arc of the work. And three guided journal prompts to help you name what you are releasing and declare what you are calling in.

These ceremonies weren’t handed down in fixed form they were created from lived heritage, woven together with reverence, and offered to everyone ready to release what they were never meant to carry.

This is deep release. Personal-lineage healing. The kind of energetic cord cutting that changes how you move through the world.

The fire purifies. The water renews. The work begins now.
