    • Eligibility: We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging that are returned within 14 days of purchase (except balms). Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned or refunded.

      3. Upon receipt, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
