If you feel like the piece of Peter Stone Jewelry is not the perfect match for you, you are eligible for a 7-day exchange for other items in our store for the same price or higher. The exchange should be made within 7 days from the shipping date. We kindly ask you to cover the shipping cost when returning to us and sending back the exchange item to you.

If a customer refuses any Silver order there will be a 20% restocking fee.*

*If the order is produced and shipped, and delivered and you refuse the delivery and return that order there will be a 20% restocking fee. By placing your orders you agree to these terms and conditions.

A restocking 30% fee applies to all gold jewelry exchanges with a maximum amount not to exceed $200 for any single piece of jewelry.

The customer pays for shipping and insurance round trip.

An Exchange Fee Exception applies to gold jewelry exchanges that exceed the original gold purchase price by $450
