How To Use:

Each pendant comes on black cording with a sliding knot. To loosen it, just pull the knots away from each other. Want it tighter? Slide the knots back together for the perfect fit.

While it’s wrapped with pure intention and love, I always suggest giving your piece a little cleanse in whatever way feels right to you—just to clear any funky energy it may have picked up on its way to you.

Storage and Care:

Treat your pendant with love and care—just like it was made. I recommend storing it somewhere safe, away from water or rough surfaces that could scratch the stone or tarnish the wire. A soft pouch or jewelry box works perfectly.

Avoid wearing it in water to keep the wire shiny and the stone looking its best. Give it a little cleanse every now and then, and it’ll stay vibing with you for the long haul.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that its just me running this shop, so every piece is handmade with love and care.

Custom or personalized orders may take a little longer depending on the design - I'll always keep you updated if that's the case.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking info. Im not responsible for delays caused by the postal services, but feel free to reach out if you have any questions about your order.

Refund Policy

Because each piece is handmade and crafted with intention, all sales are final once your jewelry arrives. Due to the nature of crystal jewelry, I can't accept returns or exchanges - once a piece reaches its new home, it can't be resold.

However, if your pendant returns damaged or the stone isn't secure, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. You'll need to provide clear photos of the issue. If it looks like a fault in the craftmanship, ill ask you to ship it back (at your cost). Once I receive the piece and confirm the damage wasn't caused by tampering or misuse, I'll fully refund the pendant and your return shipping.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations: You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Just send me a message and I'll take care of it.
Returns/Exchanges: I do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and personal nature of my jewelry.
