Candle Care Instructions:

Before each burn, always trim your wick to 1/4 inch to ensure a clean, even flame and prevent soot.
Limit each burn to 3–4 hours to keep the wax pool safe and ensure your candle doesn’t overheat.
Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, and anything flammable.
Once your candle has been completely used, remove the no-residue
label and repurpose the jar for storage or decor —because every ending
is a new beginning.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging that are returned within 14 days of purchase (except balms). Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Once approved, return the item to the address provided.
3. Upon receipt, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
