Heritage Printed Card Holders

While we hope you'll love every one of your purchases, we understand that sometimes that may not be the case. If you happen to be a situation, where you'd like to return an item, you can send it back to us within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase price, minus any shipping costs incurred. 

If the return is the due to an error from our side (e.g. incorrect item sent, item damaged etc.), we will make it right at no extra cost.

Please note that that sale and discounted items are considered final sale and not eligible for return. 

Eligibility for return: 

• Items must be in same condition as received
• Items must be unused with tags in place
• Items must be in original packing 
• Items must be sent with receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at; [email protected]. If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, and information on how and where to send your item(s). We will not accept any returns that aren't initiated in this way.

You will typically be refunded within 10 business days. Do note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In the event the credit card used to make a purchase is no longer valid, we will send you a check for the amount due. If more than 15 business days have passed and the refund hasn't happened, please email us at [email protected].
