    Shipping Policy

    All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Each item is handcrafted in small batches, so processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons or promotions.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. Wyrd & Whimsy is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

    Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

    Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with scent preferences, texture, or personal skin reactions, as these vary from person to person. Please review ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test prior to use.

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons for bath and body products. This includes opened, used, or unopened items.

    Exchanges are only considered in the event that an incorrect item was sent. Any approved exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and require photo documentation.
