Pour the desired amount of bath soak into a warm running bath and allow it to fully dissolve. Soak for 20 to 30 minutes, breathe deeply, and relax into the calming lavender aroma.
For sensitive skin, perform a patch test before first use. Dissolve a small amount of the bath soak in warm water and apply to a small area of skin such as the inside of the wrist. Wait 24 hours and discontinue use if irritation occurs. For external use only.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

    Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

    Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with scent preferences, texture, or personal skin reactions, as these vary from person to person. Please review ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test prior to use.

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons for bath and body products. This includes opened, used, or unopened items.

    Exchanges are only considered in the event that an incorrect item was sent. Any approved exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and require photo documentation.
