Intention Boutique Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 2026

By joining the Intention Boutique Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 2% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link.

Referral tracking for standard program customers is active for 60 days from the customer’s first click, unless otherwise specified for promotional offers.

2. Qualifying Purchases

Commissions apply only to completed purchases that are not cancelled, refunded, charged back, or identified as fraudulent.

Shipping charges, taxes, and gift card purchases may be excluded from commission calculations.

3. Self-Referrals and Conflicts of Interest

Affiliates may not use their own referral links to make purchases.

Orders placed by immediate family members, household members, or controlled business entities may be excluded.

Affiliates must avoid any activity that creates a conflict of interest with Intention Boutique or misrepresents the affiliate relationship.

4. Promotional Conduct

Affiliates may not:

• Make false, misleading, or deceptive claims about Intention Boutique.
• Impersonate Intention Boutique or its employees.
• Use unauthorized paid advertising on brand keywords or trademarks.
• Employ spam, bots, or deceptive traffic methods.

All promotions should align with Intention Boutique’s values and brand voice.

5. Payout Terms

Commission payouts are issued once a minimum payout threshold is met.

The frequency and schedule of payouts may change over time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.

6. Program Changes

Intention Boutique may modify commission rates, cookie duration, payout terms, or other program terms at any time.

Changes will apply to new referrals going forward; previously approved commissions will be honored unless fraud or abuse is involved.

7. Termination

Intention Boutique reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that damages the brand.

Termination does not affect earned commissions already paid, unless fraud or abuse occurred.

8. Limitation of Liability

Intention Boutique is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

9. Agreement

By participating in the Intention Boutique Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
